Today. Tomorrow. Together. Nancy Cooke to focus her attention on neighbourhood vitality and core services during the week of July 16
Nancy Cooke will be shifting her focus from transit to neighbourhood vitality and livability this week.
She is going to focus on both the strengths and weaknesses of St. Norbert-Seine River’s key services — services that contribute to the overall attractiveness of a neighbourhood, such as indoor and outdoor recreation spaces, community centres, parks, active transportation, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. She wants to engage in discussion with residents on what makes a neighbourhood vital and livable.
She wants to know what you see when you walk out your door. What’s available? What’s good in the neighbourhood and where does it fall short? What improvements or additions to the area’s services would make your life better?
